1. This website is the Mercedes-Benz Vans PartsPro Trade Club platform, operated by OEC on behalf of Mercedes-Benz UK Limited. It is intended solely for use by eligible trade parts professionals registered with the PartsPro Trade Club programme. It is not for personal or consumer use.
2. This website is directed solely to the following territories for which Mercedes-Benz UK Limited has national marketing and sales responsibilities so far as the supply of Mercedes-Benz Vans vehicles, parts and/or accessories is concerned ("the Relevant Territories"): England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
3. We have no objection to persons outside the Relevant Territories visiting the website, provided that they abide by these terms and recognise that we can only fulfil requests for information and services made from within one of the Relevant Territories. Persons outside the Relevant Territories are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws when accessing this website.

Applicable Law

1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Anti-Bribery, Corruption and Anti-Competitive Practices

1. Mercedes-Benz UK Limited, OEConnection Limited and their respective group companies (collectively referred to in this section as "the Parties") are committed to conducting business openly, fairly and honestly. The Parties maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption and anti-competitive practices.
2. This policy applies to all personnel of the Parties plus certain contractors whenever they have contact with an individual, firm or organisation outside the Parties ("External Persons") for business purposes. External Persons include without limitation: prospective and existing suppliers; prospective and existing customers; prospective and existing retailer network members and service outlets; public bodies; charities; and competitors.
3. Personnel are required to report internally, amongst other things:
   • any financial interest that they or an associate has in an External Person;
   • the offer and receipt of all forms of business-related gift and hospitality (subject to limited exceptions);
   • the rejection of any business-related gift or hospitality, whether inward or outward; and
   • any form of improper behaviour by an External Person or a work colleague.
4. Certain types of gift and hospitality are prohibited to personnel, including personal payments not forming part of legitimate business hospitality and all gifts or hospitality offered during the process of bidding or tendering for contracts. Any External Person who acts improperly may find their relationship with the Parties curtailed. Further action may be taken depending on the seriousness of the situation.
